Bill
Bill Quackenbush has been in the recruiting profession since
1983 and has owned his own company since 1991. He specializes
in engineering and operations management positions for manufacturing
clients. Additionally he is recognized as a leader in the industry,
has been a speaker multiple times and is a founding member
of two industry organizations. Bill has a BSME from Heidelberg
College and an MBA from Indiana University

Jennifer Fahlsing - CPC, CTS -email Jennifer
As the Account Manager for QCI Technical Staffing, Jennifer
is responsible for the Contract Engineering division. She
holds dual industry accreditation as a Certified Temporary
Staffing Specialist (CTS) and a Certified Personnel Consultant
(CPC). Jennifer graduated Summa Cum Laude from Indiana Wesleyan
University in 2006 with a degree in Business and continues
to attend IWU furthering her studies in Management. Before
joining QCI, Jennifer worked as a regional manager and national
consultant in the medical staffing industry for four years
and brings precious years of experience in temporary staffing
and recruiting to her role.

Regina brings
to QCI, 10 years of experience
in searching, interviewing,
profiling and reference
checking. As Staffing
Coordinator for QCI Technical
Staffing, she is responsible
for interviewing and
reference checking candidates.
Regina holds dual industry
accreditations as a Certified
Temporary Staffing Specialist
(CTS) and a Certified
Personnel Consultant
(CPC). Prior
to joining QCI she was
involved with a business
management consulting
firm for six years.

Coffie
Coffie is
a graduate of Ivy Tech
State College with a
degree in Business Administration,
specializing in Operations
Management and is pursuing
a BS degree from Indiana
Tech in Business Management.
She is an accredited
Certified Personnel Consultant
(CPC). Coffie
came to QCI from the
food service industry
and brings years of experience
in customer service.
As Staffing Coordinator
for QCI Technical Staffing,
she is responsible for
interviewing and reference
checking candidates.

Jennifer Gramling -email
Jennifer
Jennifer is the
bookkeeper/accountant at QCI
Technical Staffing and also does
many projects to help keep the
office operating efficiently.
She was previously the Office
Manager, but recently took on
the reduced role to focus more
time with her family. She is
a resident of Auburn, Indiana.
Before joining QCI, she was a
pre-school teacher.

Katie
is a graduate of Indiana
University and
Western Michigan University
and holds a BA in English
and an MA in Organizational
Communications. As the
Business Development Manager,
she is responsible for
sales & marketing,
advertising, communications
and public relations for
QCI. She brings with her
18 years of experience
in a variety of industries
including retail, manufacturing,
distribution, software
development and health & wellness.
Leslie Fahlsing -email
Leslie
Leslie is currently majoring in English Literature at Butler
University and is a member of Pi Beta Phi. At QCI Tech she
assists the Business Development manager with database management,
warm lead qualifications, publications, research, and in
reference checking. Prior to joining QCI she held various
customer service related and supervisory positions in food
service and retail industries. Upon graduation she hopes
to attain a professional position in retail and continuing
education for a masters degree.
Liz Firestine -email
Liz
Liz is the first voice to greet you when you contact QCI. Her main responsibilities
are answering the telephone and entering candidates into our databases. She has
had 4 years of customer service experience. She is a Fort Wayne resident and
wants to pursue a career in nursing. She enjoys the outdoors and spending time
with her daughter.
