While my employment with xxx did not become permanent due to my choice to resign, I would like you to note that:
1) Bill was very professional every time I spoke to him.
2) Responsive to any voice mail messages, typically same day or the next.
3) Responsive to a missed pay check at the end of my employment
4) Willing, even encouraging, that I contact him after typical work hours in this case around 8 pm or 8:30 pm to resolve a hiring issue.

In summary, Bill was always professional, quick and knowledgeable, friendly, and followed through when I did have a paycheck concern. I have dealt with several temporary agencies over the last 5 years and Bill stands out in his timely responsiveness and his ability (seemingly) to know who I was and my situation even before our conversations (I'm sure computers helped, but he had me on screen before we talked).
